Customer Support Services

Protecting your investment with the right expertise.  At Dynegent, we care about our customers. Whether you require assistance or have a general question, our Customer Support Center is your first stop to finding the complete product services and expert resources you need, when you need them.

We believe in making your investment go further. Our aim is to build a solid relationship with our customers by providing highly skilled and exceptional support in a professional and timely manner. As a designated IBM UniVerse value-added reseller, we offer support for the IBM UniVerse database, as well as a full and comprehensive range of support for our UniCom core product suite and custom applications.

Customer Support Hours

All customers are provided with support service five days a week, Monday to Friday from 6:30 am PST to 5:00 pm PST. After-hours emergency support is also available on a callback basis.
