We believe in making your investment go further. Our aim is to build a solid relationship with our customers by providing highly skilled and exceptional support in a professional and timely manner. As a designated IBM UniVerse value-added reseller, we offer support for the IBM UniVerse database, as well as a full and comprehensive range of support for our UniCom core product suite and custom applications.
Customer Support Hours
All customers are provided with support service five days a week, Monday to Friday from 6:30 am PST to 5:00 pm PST. After-hours emergency support is also available on a callback basis.
