As a designated IBM UniVerse value-added reseller, we offer support for the IBM UniVerse database, as well as a full and comprehensive range of support for our UniCom core product suite and custom applications.

Customer Support Service Hours

All customers are provided with customer support service five days a week, Monday to Friday from 6:30 am PST to 5:00 pm PST. After-hours emergency support is also available on a callback basis.
